On March 21 at 7 PM, a special gastronomic evening will take place at Pino’s Fun & Dine restaurant, featuring Endrina Muqaj, the winner of this year’s season of MasterChef Croatia.

For this occasion, she has created an original five-course tasting menu that takes guests on a unique culinary journey, from shrimp tartlets with citrus and beef tartare with miso emulsion, to cappelletti filled with sea bass, followed by slow-roasted lamb with seasonal vegetables, and finishing with dessert: tiramisu with mascarpone, espresso, and cocoa.
